LIFE CellTracker CM-DiI - Special Packaging
CellTracker CM-DiI 為 DiI 衍生物，在水中的溶解性比 DiI 要好一些，有利于制備懸浮細胞和固定細胞的染色溶液。 CellTracker CM-DiI 含有能與硫醇反應的氯甲基基團，使染料可以共價結合到細胞硫醇上。 這樣，與其它膜染料不同，一些細胞可在所有固定和滲透步驟中保持穩定的標記。 我們還提供 1 mg 瓶裝形式的 CellTracker CM-DiI(C-7001)。
